Helping Hearts Heal

Since 2003, The Hope & Healing Place has served children and families in the community, who have experienced the death of a significant person by providing grief support groups. Our support groups are facilitated by staff and volunteers that receive extensive training.

We provide a safe place during a difficult time. Through the utilization of art interventions as coping tools, individuals are able to tell their grief story which encourages hope and healing in the family dynamic. 

In Session 7 of 8 of our Generations Program, each of our participating families paint a birdhouse in memory of their loved one to be installed in our Memory Garden.

 
 
 

  • In order to heal the broken hearts of children, families and individuals, The Hope & Healing Place offers a variety of support groups. All our services are offered FREE of charge.
